School Climate is a comprehensive term that refers to the quality of school life for everyone in the school community. School climate encompasses the social, physical, and academic aspects of a school. In this Issue Brief, an overview of what school climate is as well as the benefits of a positive school climate is discussed in addition to what schools can do to address and improve their climate, as well as some programs and strategies to consider implementing in your school community.
