About The Hub

The Hub is a platform that connects health and education stakeholders across Colorado with a broad array of resources—peers, organizations, programs, professional development, toolkits, templates, research, and more. We look for solutions that align tools, resources, and messages to support the shared vision that Colorado youth are healthy and reach their full potential. Browse The Hub’s resource library created by organizations that support their work, and those closest to the work: Teachers, counselors, specialized staff, and administrators.

The Healthy Schools section curates content aligned to the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child (WSCC) model, a 10-part framework for addressing health in schools.

The ReConnected Learning section allows educators, families, students, and communities:

  • To gather and share what we’re learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • To amplify observations, questions, and narratives from the field.
  • To build community through dialogue, community connections, and shared learning.

Colorado Education Initiative

The Hub is managed by the Colorado Education Initiative (CEI). For 10 years, CEI has been at the forefront of improvement, innovation, and change in Colorado’s public education system. We are a statewide nonprofit organization that invests time, expertise, and dollars in K-12 public education. We are rooted in a vision of equitable outcomes for every kid that drives a strong bias for action focused on sustainable change to the system.
