Our team at the Colorado School of Public Health (CSPH) administers the Healthy Kids Colorado Survey (HKCS) and Smart Source. We connect school wellness teams with PD providers and resources to help them elevate and use their HKCS and Smart Source results. In the past there has been some confusion and duplication around which organization provides which type of support to schools. The CSPH team created a one-pager to highlight our role in providing technical assistance around the HKCS and Smart Source data use. We sought feedback on the one-pager from PD organizations from the Healthy Schools PD Team to help clarify our role and ensure clear lanes around TA for schools.
