Classroom Mystery Reward

I found this idea on Pinterest. I wish I knew who to give credit too, the link takes you to a Twitter page.  I thought it was something new and different to use to promote classroom teamwork and management.  The idea is to create a mystery reward the students earn with either behavior expectations or daily tasks.  Write the reward on the board or large paper to display in the classroom somewhere.  Then create your tasks or expectations you want your students to accomplish on post-it notes.  Cover up the reward with the post-it notes so it is hidden.  Students or teacher get to remove the post-it notes when the task or expectation is met.  Students learn to work together to accomplish a great goal and have fun trying to figure out the ‘Mystery Reward’
