We, the Board of Directors of Southeast Mental Health Services; believe that we have the responsibility for providing the Leadership and Vision for this agency by developing Policy and providing Governance in a manner consistent with our Fiduciary obligations. We believe that in the name of Stewardship we have the responsibility to represent the best interest of our Communities and our customers and our clients. We believe that we are Advocates for quality services Committed to providing these services in as effective an efficient manner as possible recognizing the Diversity of the individuals we serve.
