Daily Tips through COVID-19 Quarantine

Throughout the quarantine, the Merino Wellness Team worked hard each day to send out Daily Tips to all of the staff and the 7-12th grade students. The daily tips included an encouraging message, a physical activity tip, a mental health tip, and a positive picture quote. These students found many fun ways for our students to be active through physical activity videos such as yoga workouts, HIIT workouts, dancing videos, and more.
These daily tips were then posted on the school Facebook page to be shared with the community as well.
