The Science of Well-Being

I highly recommend this course. It has a lot of great information, teachings and insights relating to your happiness. The course covers topics that include;  “What do we think will make us happy?”, “Why do we mispredict what makes us happy?” and “How we counteract our annoying features of the mind?”. The teachings are very easy-to-follow videos, and it is self-paced. Give it a go, I guarantee you will be surprised by what you learn, and you will be happier for it!
