  • The North Colorado Health Alliance serves 5 school districts in Northern Colorado and we have connected with some GREAT COMMUNITY PARTNERS who have been key stakeholders in our Health and Wellness work.  This group is intended to gather these partners together and continue to collaborate and create collective impact in our communities.
